A fabulous Cordyline to bring a tropical feel to your garden, wherever you position it.

Fantastically versatile, this variety will look perfect as a specimen plant in beds or borders, or in a decorative pot as an eye-catching feature to provide instant impact in even the most compact of spaces.

Alternatively, it can be planted in a modern container and placed by a doorway, gateway or at the end of a path to create an exotic focal point.

Attractive swirls of long, swordlike leaves fan out symmetrically from a central, slow-growing trunk; and being evergreen, it will look attractive all year round, maintaining colour and structure.

Place in a sunny spot and it will thrive for years to come!

The bigger the plant, the hardier it will become � it can withstand temperatures of -7�C, but we always recommend using frost-protection fleece or wrapping, or bringing container-grown plants into a garage, porch or greenhouse during the coldest winters.

Supplied as an established plant, approx. 55+cm tall, in a 13cm pot, ready to pot on or plant out.

Top Tips

Add mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help establish more quickly.
Place one either side of your doorway or gateway in decorative pots for instant impact.

Care Information

Water plants freely during the growing season, and sparingly in winter.
Feed monthly with a balanced, liquid fertiliser from spring to late summer, and they will grow 10-15cm a year here in the UK.
Topdress or pot up in spring.
Cut off any dead leaves at the bottom, and that is what forms the trunk.
Although frost hardy, young cordyline plants, and also coloured varieties, are more prone to cold damage. This can be prevented by tying up the foliage to reduce wind damage and prevent water collecting around growing points and causing rotting.
In areas prone to severe winters, wrap the trunk with layers of fleece and place a 15cm (6in) layer of mulch, such as bark, over the root area.
Move container-grown plants to a frost-free location, such as a greenhouse, during periods of cold or wet weather � temporary shelter in a shed or garage will do.

Delivery Information

Our experienced team at the nursery will always carefully package and send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive once you receive and plant them. Although most plants are extremely tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme of weather conditions, we always avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme frosts or heat is forecast. We also avoid dispatching orders over Bank Holiday weekends.

Please allow us 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If you have ordered a 'pre-order' item, these will be sent out as soon as possible after the quoted dispatch date and we generally ship your entire order with any pre-ordered items. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with details on how you can track it.

We send most of our orders via a fully tracked courier service with Yodel. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, we will not require a signature on delivery, and we ask out couriers to leave your item in a safe place ad your delivery address.

If you have delivery instruction and require our courier to leave your item in a specific place, please let us know - there is an option to leave a message for the courier at the checkout.

For smaller and single-item orders, we may send these via the post with Royal Mail - Tracking will not be available for orders sent via this method.
